This Hot Fix affects the Pharos Database, and should be applied to the SQL
Server hosting the Pharos Database.
To apply the Hot Fix:
- Open Query Analyzer and log on as sa or Pharos
- Run the supplied global_release_activity_get.sql file against the
Pharos Database.
The application of this Hot Fix constitutes acceptance of the conditions specified in your license agreement. To view the license agreement, please refer to the file 'license.rtf' on your Pharos CD.

This Hot Fix addresses the following issues:
- Under some circumstances it is possible to configure a Network Terminal to
allow users who are not in the Pharos Database to log on. This is a valid
configuration, but under these circumstances, the users could not release print
jobs. Instead, an error would be displayed: "Missing some data (Users)".
The application of this Hot Fix ensures that under these conditions, users
should be able to release print jobs.
