Emos Information Systems have today been successful in their bid for the residual assets of Infineer in Ireland (Bangor)
We welcome Paul Hunter, Adam Warrington & Paul Leaver to our group and we wish them every success in the future. They will be the cornerstone of our new Emos/Infineer division. I hope to recruit a further 3 staff early next week to complete the team. The Plan is to re-open the doors at Infineer on Monday morning to start fulfilling the outstanding order books and let the customers know that Infineer/Emos is ready for business.
There has also been an invaluable contribution from Ian McNeill in keeping Infineer Customers supported over the past four weeks of uncertainty.
I am also delighted to tell you Fleximen have (in principle) agreed to join forces with us, and we look forward to working alongside them.
The addition of both companies will strengthen our position in the market place and enable us to broaden our product range.
I know that these changes will create a lot of extra work, in particular for the next two to three months as we re-organise our structure, but I no doubt that they add very real value to our group.
I hope you will all join me in welcoming Infineer & Fleximen to our group of companies and give them every assistance to make the transition seamless.
