a direct dial computerised call centre 01256 305650.
Our comprehensive service database carries a full service history for every customer account.
In house technical specialists are always available to offer help and advice to contract
customers and we offer full telephone support to copier engineers working on our equipment.
Our national network of highly skilled and experienced field engineers are always on call
to attend to customer needs.
We operate a fully stocked parts store that carries a wealth of spares to support our customers, and
our workshop provides a full return to base repair service.
Our in house R&D maintains a database of over 700 wiring diagrams, which is constantly being
updated. This ensures that our engineers are able to meet our customer’s expectations and can install
our equipment to virtually every make and model of copier. To achieve this we have developed many bespoke
interfaces, unique to EMOS. These may allow us to achieve results that others cannot. Some of these have
been exported to our international business partners, including copier manufacturers.
The entire technical operations department is focused on providing a comprehensive
premier service package for our customers.
