The Off the Glass terminal is a TCP/IP network device that operates with Off the Glass software to provide a solution for photocopier control. The terminal support identification by ID number, magnetic swipe card, HID proximity card or Mifare card. The device can also be configured as a print release station as well as a copy control device to accommodate multi-function copy/print machines.

Q1 : Where can I get the CD for version....?

A: EMOS holds downloadable ISO images from Pharos v6.1 and above on it's website. These are available here. Alternatively contact support@emos.com and we'll send you a copy through the post.

Q2 : The Omega touch screen is not responding to input. What do I do?

A: Try recalibrating the touch screen. If that doesn't resolve the issue contact EMOS service 01256 305650.

Q3 : How do I recalibrate the Omega Touch Screen?

A: Turn off the Omega unit. Power up the Omega whilst keeping a finger (or pointer) pressed on the screen. When the unit has completed it's initialisation you will be prompted to recalibrate the screen.
